My social media free speech law: The public forum (i.e. no Facebook groups or subreddits) on any social media website with more than 1,000,000 monthly active users in the past year cannot moderate its posts. All moderation will be done by state, local, and federal court.
Must be cannot. Network effects are so strong that if Facebook were held responsible for what was said on their platform they would censor it like crazy and it’s possible no one would leave the platform.

I've basically left their platform. I know many other who have as well or never went on. Right now they subtly censor/bias. If they are more overt about it, people will leave. Once prominent people leave, it's not that sticky.
