Comments such as "lockdowns were wrong because people died from them" seem to ignore that lockdowns were about avoiding worst case scenarios. (Yes, lockdowns could have been done better. Yes, we should find a way to get jobs back safely ASAP. Not the point here.)
You've already got a retweet here, but imho, if people don't already understand that, they probably never will. No sense wasting energy trying to teach them basic ideas like "what is a counterfactual".
