What is the worst business that you know that had super-high gross margins (let’s say above 75%)?
I’m going to take the other side of this. No such business exists. You cannot have a non-déminimis business with high margins and have that business suck.

You can have revenue / invested capital is very low (<<< 1) leading to low ROIC despite high margins.
