No it shouldn’t. You have to catch it first, and even in a worst case scenario is only 50-60% in a herd immunity scenario. But that is a highly volatile variable (depends on social distancing, etc). This just allows you to isolate the mortality of the virus by age.
I should also add even that would overstate the risk for an “average” person as it’s going to be a highly skewed data set within a given age cohort (given it hurts the sickest the most). Also ignores the decrease in “high risk” daily activities like driving.
