Yet many never did anything except talk. (Or worse, wait for mentors to tell them what to do). It was very frustrating and confusing as a mentor/coach. “Surely this life is for me? Why won’t these others just do it?” I thought. It all clicked when two things happened. 4/x

The smartest people I know use their intelligence to be "right" rather than right. Folks who put their ego aside and hunt for the actual truth are the ones I'd bet on.

Totally. And in my humble opinion this is a skill that can be practiced. Just admit your wrong over and over and eventually it means little to you. That's where you want ot be.

company is pretty big." What? How does that make any sense? But that's how most employed people think. Big company => safety. As an entrepreneur all I do is minimize risk. My friends think I'm a risk-loving maniac. They don't jobs anymore though! 7/x
