      “All these 77 million Baby Boomers are ready to sell SMBs and retire rich!” Nope. Buyers approaching Boomers often find they have no interest in selling. “What would I do with my time if I sold?” It’s confusing to us GenX/Millenials. The difference is generational. 1/x

      Stats on Boomers are stunning (or they are to me): -When retired Boomers return to work, 80% of the time it’s because they *want* to. -Few (34%) will trade more work flexibility over career (in their 60s!) -68% of Boomers plan to work past retirement age 2/x

      My father ('41) worked endlessly. He never stopped. My mentor ('42) is similar. He was forced into retirement and he still works tirelessly. Your thread matches up completely with my anecdata.
