What stuck out to me: 1. Gluten in the potato bun (wtf?) 2. Soy in the cheese (wtf?) 3. How many ingredients there are in everything but the beef We got them from some website that sells the authentic ingredients from the distributor that gets them to the real shops.

I always was wondering why the ones near me are doing so poorly. Gordon Ramsay has it right: fresh ingredients prepared well served promptly. This looks like a bag of chemicals and probably tastes that way.

Dude the burgers are delicious. I’ve never seen one that wasn’t doing good business. The highly doubt what a burger isn’t worse.
