Can you identify a single point in the letter you regard as incorrect?
From what little I read, no, I cannot. However, that's not my point. My point is that he's criticizing the WHO for doing many of the same things his administration did.

No. He is criticizing them in DETAIL for SPECIFIC mistakes. He made his own mistakes, and I have harshly criticized his overall performance, but that does NOT take away his right to make these correct observations, nor does it justify dismissing it after reading “little” of it.
