Oh, yeah. but I’ve also seen some requests for redeveloping malls as warehouses. Haven’t done any so no firsthand experience/knowledge of details

1-2 hour delivery needs proximity to people, and some parking for the delivery folks, not necessarily the same needs as a traditional fulfillment center. At least that's the way it was a few years ago...it's possible that AMZN has shifted strategies for 1-2 hour delivery.
