Being you is a monopoly but mostly there's no demand. It's the same as the "just do whatever you like as long as you work hard it'll pay" clusterfuck that made many in our generation study BS, self actualize and without marketable skills.

Is there no demand because most people suck or most people are so similar that they’re a commodity product? It’s probably not sufficient to simply “be you” - you need to “be your best you”. It’s hard for me to address what you’re saying because it’s not totally clear to me how
