For sure. I think your post highlights I could have chosen words better in my original tweet. More of a comment on the mindset that drove the suburbanization / deurbanization trends in the US in the mid 20th century.

I think as soon as we hit herd immunity or a vaccine we’re gonna go right back to urbanization.
