Is there anything in Amazons TOS prohibiting this behavior?
How Amazon sellers game reviews: 1. Ask customers for a review 2. If the customer IS NOT SATISFIED, send the customer to Amazon's seller feedback system. Yes. Then how did this occur? 1. It's hard to catch. 2.
