Thank you for your transparency. It reminded me of the days when my wife ran two small businesses and was a Power Seller on eBay. Those businesses ran through their life-cycle as competition flooded in. But they were great at the beginning.
At the risk of sounding like a complainer...the wave of competition we are facing is not only great, but much of it is also unfair (see my pinned tweet). I am betting on us being able to right our ship, but it will be a challenge.
