We need to work smarter. For many years, we were riding the Amazon wave. Now the tide is going out and we must change completely how we approach. There was a time when you literally could not launch a bad product on Amazon.

What about hiring or partnering with a creative/artist type to develop your own new brand, as well? What Hasbro did impresses me the most. Something totally unique and new, right? That's also harder for someone to get away with ripping you off?

Any big brand that could come up on search. I know Disney licenses out their toy making to Mattel mostly, but maybe there's a way to get an in? Or some other up and coming popular kids show? Something that isn't big yet, but will become big?
