Hold up. Is the sell-out caused by people being refunded for cancelled cruises by credit? How do cruises get sold? Web and over the phone? I'm incredulous.

All I know is my friends and I were looking at the website and seeing a few remaining rooms and then boom they were all gone (Aug 1st sailing).
