Isn’t it amazing that Sam “the Gravedancer” Zell backed a team to buy distressed oil and gas assets and they managed to get into a lawsuit on their FIRST deal? Our industry has so few competent and ethical vehicles through which to invest. It’s actually quite ridiculous.
AFAIK Sam's been in the industry for a while. I've been in a few industries and yeah...oil and gas was, particularly for an American industry, not high integrity.
