4. I wouldn’t join if mindset is off (see previous comment). It’s all about that. Do you really care about improving and are you willing to have the courage + effort to do so? If you can’t say yes, then pass and spend the money on nice things.

You mean non-owner CEOs? I haven't seen a real differentiation amongst the orgs. The model is mostly owner-operators with the minority being professional CEOs.

Yes. Maybe it's just my local chapter/org but it was a bunch of retired middle managers from wherever. In the end, I want to be in a room where there are people mostly stronger/better than me. Free ain't going to get me that, I felt.
