Saw a taco truck in Austin today with ~6 people congregating all no masks. Saw a woman touch her mask, touch pizza, put her fingers in her mouth, touch the mask again to put it back on in a Costco. Compliance in Austin is bad. Assume it’s similar across country.

Agreed. And anecdotally, many people I know are mentally "done" with severe quarantine. They're increasingly likely to go back out until (/if) another wave threatens
