Everyone is pro-"build". There's nothing courageous about taking that position. Real courage is saying "we are going to build this and here's how" or we're going to "get rid of this and here's how." This is trash. Read Peter Thiel instead of this pablum.

I think it really helped believe it or not. My mind was already going there to "lean in" to the problems we're facing but I'm sure it helped others start to think that way.

I would write it like this in terms of difficulty: people < software < hardware To make good software, you need to understand and motivate people. To make good hardware today you need to understand people and software.
