That photo isn't San Antonio either.
It's Austin. It's from Reddit Austin. I'm pretty sure it's real. I think the person commenting was separately talking about San Antonio. That comment could def. be fake.

Saw a taco truck in Austin today with ~6 people congregating all no masks. Saw a woman touch her mask, touch pizza, put her fingers in her mouth, touch the mask again to put it back on in a Costco. Compliance in Austin is bad. Assume it’s similar across country.
