He does want that. He's a narcissist. Narcissists are great at entertainment, and even education, but not so great at effective community building. Gurus really only want devoted followers. I've learned this the hard way, a number of times.
We're all narcissists. I've disagreed with Naval, not always respectfully, and he has never blocked or muted me.

We're definitely not all narcissists. That's just one of four primary personality types. (Autism is another, Borderline is another, and ADHD, but the real deal, is the fourth.) And yes, Naval is a very thoughtful type. But is still quite fearful of those who don't praise him.
