Is there someone else on Twitter besides Taleb who seems to both have a lot of followers and a good system for creating value creating conversation? Maybe ask? No need to reinvent the wheel.

Taleb blocks unproductive people more brutally than naval. That deterrence seems to be the only way to have the control over conversation on Twitter for people who have a lot of followers. It would be unfair to a lot of good people if the account turns to broadcast mode.

Naval is way better than Taleb. Period. Practical things , no boasting and always takes different viewpoints unlike Taleb who blocks any different point of view . Naval tweet was regarding non constructive criticism
