Amazon wanted its brands to make up more than 10% of retail sales by 2022. Two things: 1. This will never happen 2. As a consumer, I'll be sad if Amazon curtails its private label ambitions. I've found Amazon stuff to be excellent value, similar to Costco's Kirkland private label.
