always tricky changing carriers... we have made a $10m mistake with outsourcing trucking... but generally for small dims you can’t go wrong with USPS

In my humble experience, if you have the volume necessary to do something in-house, do it in-house. The only exception I can think of to that is stuff that just needs to be done overseas.
