Thanks, hermano. Genes (my mother and father look pretty good), huge amounts of exercise and not being overweight when I was younger (swam competitively, did two triathlons in my mid-40s, plus CrossFit), and tons of gin & tonics here on the island during the pandemic...

Whenever I meet someone who looks great for their age, i ask. Every single person says exercise and always with a weight training component. Does that line up for you too? Also you’re vegetarian right?
