It was a Gmail extension that auto-pulled a person's LI profile into the side bar based on their email. Helpful in sales. But also would be great when getting say new newsletter sign ups/customers who don't fill out full info, to understand who they are
Don't know sorry. What are you trying to do? Like a quick link whenever you get an e-mail from somebody that takes you directly to their LI profile?

Ah i get the second point but why does that help you in sales? I’ve used LinkedIn for outbound sales but when I am it’s usually because I don’t have an email haha
