Ugh. BOA is the a maze. I don't know of an easy way, but you definitely can offer to buy their debt at a discount.

I found a lawsuit on Pacer for unpaid bills. When the defendants (bankrupt process co) appear with their lawyers, I'll reach out to them. I'm pretty confident that's the best route at this point. I might reach out to BOA at same time.

The loan docs should be on Pacer as well, it may give you a name of a lender at BOA. Better to buy secured claims if you can than trade creditor claims .

It's neither right now. It's a rumor corroborated by: - a lawsuit from their 3PL saying they haven't been paid - the roll-up's website not working - the pe firm's website not working
