Seems like you’re wrong. From what I recall, there are a variety of treatments that all show varied success, including CBT. And there are definitely issues that CBT can’t solve. I don’t think she ever says it doesn’t work, just that you’re wrong about CBT being the ONLY solution

What did I write that was wrong? Fwiw it’s hard to follow the thread because she quote tweeted me multiple times instead of doing a reply chain. CBT won’t fix schizophrenia. I’ll agree to that. Did I say CBT was the only solution? It’s just my belief that it is the best.

Don’t know if everyone, but yeah typical cbt outpatient is like 10 weeks and you’re done. Insurance pays for it like that.

I don’t know as much about ssri’s as I’d like to and need to to have a strong opinion but from what I’ve seen, I agree. Way overprescribed ans sometimes dangerous.
