It becomes a problem if you have to check your astrological forecast 10x a day. That's how it becomes destructive.

whats destructive about that is the mental illness in question, not the tool triggers occur with! a relative with ocd has to fidget with their hair a certain number of times an hour to not develop panic and is dependent on that, does that mean their hair is harmful to them?
