Some people with OCD become obsessed with how future events can harm them. They can use astrology, i.e. forecasting of future events, to relieve their anxiety about this. This can become a destructive habit.

It becomes a problem if you have to check your astrological forecast 10x a day. That's how it becomes destructive.
