      For YEARS, I have been waiting for this moment. Finally, I have found a topic on which you are wrong. Astrology may be lindy, but so is drug use. It is NOT the best therapy and I would love to argue with you about this...(were I not muted!)

      Cognitive behavioral therapy is the best therapy. Astrology ranges from being a fun waste of time to harmful (in people with OCD like illnesses).

      Many would differ about CBT. First, need to define "best." Most people think it means CBT has been compared to other legitimate forms of psychotherapy and found more beneficial.       In what I’ve read it’s been proven to be superior. Regardless, I did it myself and it worked extremely well so all the studies are irrelevant to me.

      You have evidently not read primary sources. It has not been proven superior— ever. I write those primary sources. An American Psychological Assn @APA blue ribbon scientific panel, tasked with examining available evidence, came to same conclusion. Don't spread a false narrative.
