I agree, but millennials vs boomers is a different story than millennials vs silent, best, etc. generations This pandemic probably ended the most widely peaceful time for general American population. Pity doesn't get people very far, though.
The idea that we should be pitying millennials because of the pandemic is absurd. Did we forget Vietnam, Korea, WW2, the Great Depression, WW1, and all the squalor that came before it? Rich connected boomers had it good, but their less well-off buddies went to Vietnam and saw their incomes plummet when we sent manufacturing to Asia and unions home.
