So you mean any problem? Or just business challenges? I’m a bit unsure about Japanese approaches as it hasn’t helped their economy & society that much during the last 20 years. In spite of high IQ, education, Zen, & 5 whys...

Any problem but works best for physical processes I find. I disagree that it hasn’t helped their economy. It’s hard to have a roaring economy when no one is having kids.
