I was pretty old when I learned the difference between jail and prison, so I’ll define. Jail is for the innocent, who have yet to see a trial. Prison is for those who have been determined guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

According to our nations body of law, at the very least, sensitive groups in jail should be released. Perhaps all people in jail. Prisoners, while dependent on the crime, are a different matter. Tough situation.https://twitter.com/shannon_h/status/1248757186613911552 …
