We need to rehaul our education system to teach people how to better live their lives financially. It is criminal that kids graduate high school without knowing how a credit card works and how it will burn them if they don’t pay it on time.
Teach them how credit cards work alongside how minimum wage hasn't been raised in a decade and isn't in anyway tied to cost of living or increases in productivity. Then I'm in.
Rural America doesn't have enough good jobs to go around let alone minimum wage jobs. Moving to where the jobs are in bigger cities is expensive and just means more people going for the same jobs.
