Like that meth angle but, low population with a very weak non-casino economic base. No food and oil (?). Only hope would be for them to invade and take California quickly.

I am operating under the assumption each state would need to industrialize and arm themselves, no? Nevada has a good foot forward. Lots of elderly though. Food will be alright until Colorado turns off the river. Also don’t think they’d have any trouble with California.
