If you’re looking for startup ideas. There is hugeeeeeee demand for remote labor in Latin America from millennial run (tech-oriented) SMBs and there is no way to access the talent that doesn’t suck. http://Onlinejobs.ph seems to have done well doing this for the Philippines.

Me too. Someday. I've heard stories of American executives going over there and being shocked at some kid fresh out of college telling them their ideas are stupid during all-hands meetings. And everyone is like: "Yeah, those are stupid ideas! What gives?!"
