2) Its hard to get into "the flow" due to the virus impacts. Hard to source materials due to store closures and social distancing policies. Some people are too scared to work. Less customer inquiries.

Aversion to meet face to face means some work can't get done like signing up new clients. If less work gets done, there's further knock on effects. Fewer projects, less book keeping, less scheduling, fewer comps databases to update, less projects to plan. It's a productivity suck

I've notice this too. 1) People crave the human interaction they got at the office...the water cooler chats about nothing, talking to a college that they can be nerdy with about work stuff. Sparks of creativity. Words of encouragement and the feeling of being on team.
