People think this is funny, but it's really not. If cats can get, and importantly, pass the virus on that's a really serious problem. It makes quarantining even more difficult. Obviously this is armchair epidemiology, Plague, Inc understanding, but that freaks me a little as a bigger pool to pick up mutations from.

Meh, much easier to manage. Test cattle at every farm. If one tests positive just slaughter the entire herd. Way less transmission from farm to farm.
