I’m skeptical on this. Istanbul is a hub with 15m-ish ppl, first announced case on 3/11, was slow to lock down. City is teeming with socialized stray cats, way more than any large city on earth. If cats could transmit, you’d assume numbers there would be gigantic?

I have no idea, but my wife was saying the same thing about Italy ironically. That they have a ton of stray cats.
