I do wonder if people would pay a premium for that? And if the model would be more scalable than a conventional university? It's definitely not an Uber-level VC-backable company outcome.

1. I think so, after you established a brand. And that’s what makes it not good for investors, without amazing operators. Takes a long time to establish a brand. 2. For sure.
