You need to look at NYC. That’s NY state. nYC is gaining. It’s the rest o the state that is hemorrhaging population.
Oops you knew that. But yeah my point stands. Albany Rochester buffalo etc are why ny is flat.
Yeah i know, i developed an impression by living in NYC. But still, TX/CA grows as a state, not just people moving from the countryside to Los Angeles or San Antonio.
