Yeah a giant turnover is overdue. And not just in healthcare. But i'm not sure how will it happen. I'm increasingly of the belief that smart people in this country gravitate away from govt. So either that needs to change or somehow private entities need to step up.
We just need to change up our laws. Totally possible. There is still no better place for non-Chinese smart ambitious people than America.

Yeah that's possible. Another option is issue specific pressure groups, but somehow different from simple self-interested lobbying.
