Nalaxone is used to stop heroin ODs. If I were the surgeon general of the USA, one who just killed a ton of people with stupid advice, I wouldn’t cross-market our inability to address the pandemic with our pathetic multi year failure to stop the opioid epidemic in this country.
This has been said many times but all of this is after spending 20% of the GDP in healthcare. In theory i think it's easier to fix a system which is well funded but poorly managed. But proposed solutions are mostly about how to dump more money into it. So idk what to think.
