Added some after to eat. Just following recipes. Rarely see it in the recipe othet than sometimes on top for a shiny crust

I don't know anything about baking but I'd swap it with the oil in the recipe.

I wouldn’t, although it’s delicious in some cooking. The milk fat has pretty significant impact on baking in my experience. I used coconut oil, and turned out well.

To be precise: I forgot my 1st bread; it occurred to me after I tweeted. I thought about correcting it, and then guessed noone would think about it/was a distraction. But I was wrong! I should’ve known with 2 Hart brothers and Doris on the case, my faulty math would be uncovered
