Don’t think it has antiviral properties. I think it has antimalarial properties though so possibly worth a pickup.

What makes you say that? It is a broad spectrum anti viral which is why it’s synthetic analogs are too. Whether it works well against SARS2 is unclear, but it is an antiviral at some level.https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30055216/
