Why wld a second and third wave have as large an impact? By Fall we'll prob have some proven, antiviral treatment, antibody tests, info that fatality rate 0.5%(?) and impacting mostly old/sick, massive respirator capacity, planned stretch capacity for all hospitals, more nurses
Probably wouldn't, perhaps outside of the psychological effect of a second quarantine. Doesn't need to match or exceed the first wave to cause huge economic problems, imho.
