I feel like, so far, I've had a pretty good read on the coronavirus so let me make some predictions (please disagree where applicable!): 1. The disease is too infectious to be contained and it is too late. The British guy from Singapore shows that clearly.
Dr wenliang embarrassed local government. In China that can be a death sentence if you’re in the ccp. We’ve seen many young people die since I wrote that so it could be wrong.

Dr Li was not the most famous among the 8 doctors who warned people about the virus. Actually, most people don't know his name until he dead. His death was the real big news, and the local gov even wanted to hide this news but failed, which makes people more angry.

Meanwhile other 7 doctors are still active on SNS. The gov withdrew the punishment to them and even praised them. So I don't think Dr Li's death is some conspiracy, that would be too stupid.
