There are many accounts on twitter that are bad follows because half their tweets are annoying despite the other half being great. I’ve found the way to solve this problem is follow the people who 1) are good follows 2) follow those people. The good content from the bad follows
ends up making its way into your feed through retweets and likes of the people you do follow.
