      Covers everything SEO, Ad funnels working, ADA compliance, etc. Ops, marketing, team, etc. Also in a legit forum. Works better for searching and whatnot than MDS And we're 20% off Amazon and 80% on. Was growing faster off AMZ until we got hit with an SEO update recently

      We have longer term game plans for off Amazon stuff. It's just so hard to compete with Amazon's growth. We can launch a product and be doing $10 to 20k/month from it within 2 to 3 months.

      I think that Amazon as a way to build one's brand is grossly underrated. The purchase experience is short. The interaction with the product is long. Build a brand with the latter.

      I would agree, but the barriers that Amazon puts up for you to re-engage your customers makes it tougher. Obviously, the better your product, the more likely they'll seek you out for more. We put a lot of work into re-engaging our Amazon customers.

      Our repeat purchase rate on Amazon is way lower than on our own website though. LTV is a true metric of your brand. If LTV is higher off AMZ than on, then your own site is more important for long term brand health.

      We were planning on making a retail push this year in part because of the branding effect it has but corona took care of that.

      Toy Fair (which I canceled after spending $6k) asked me to put down a deposit. Javits Center, where Toy Fair is held, is currently a hospital for NYC patients so... So...maybe not next year!
